I am both grateful and humbled to finally bring this website to life after several years in the making. My heart is simple: to encourage and uplift all who find their way here. Whether you are rooted in faith or seeking truth, my desire is to share what is written—through the lens of Spirit and Truth.
The Beginning
A name that means “pearl”
My name is Margaret, a name that means “pearl.” A pearl is formed when an irritant enters a shell, and over time, layer upon layer is formed around it until something beautiful emerges. That meaning has become deeply personal to me.
For many years, I struggled with my identity and self-worth. Though my parents loved me as best they could, my childhood was marked by instability. I left home at sixteen in search of meaning, but instead found myself caught in a cycle of drugs, alcohol, and broken choices. My journey took me across Canada and eventually to places like San Francisco, Hawaii, London and Thailand.
At twenty-one, I was drawn into a cult—a chapter of my life that lasted nearly three decades. Those years were marked by profound darkness, confusion, and pain beyond what words can fully express. And yet, even in the midst of it all, I can now see that God’s hand was upon me—protecting, preserving, and holding every tear.
In time, everything changed.
In a moment both dramatic and miraculous, I encountered a love unlike anything I had ever known. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob revealed Himself to me and led me to the Cross. There, I surrendered my life, repented, and received His forgiveness through faith in Yeshua—the Messiah of Israel and the Savior of the world. In that moment, I was made new—freed from darkness and brought into His light.
Since then, my journey has been one of healing and restoration. Layer by layer, God has been removing fear, pain, and brokenness, replacing them with His peace, love, and truth. Like the formation of a pearl, what once began as something painful has, by His grace, become something beautiful.
You are a people holy to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you to be His treasured possession.

The Calling
Faith, travel, and a life restored
I have a deep love for travel and a passion for sharing the Good News of Yeshua through the places I’ve been and the experiences I’ve had. I also care deeply about living a healthy, balanced life—honoring God not only in spirit, but in body.
Israel holds a special place in my heart. Having been blessed to visit multiple times, I long to share its beauty, its significance, and to pray for its people. These are significant times, and I believe in the promises of God—that truth will be revealed, and His purposes will stand.
This website is a reflection of my journey—faith, healing, discovery, and hope.
As this is my first step into creating something like this, I warmly welcome your thoughts, encouragement, and support.
